Join us in an informal luxury culture project that, today more than ever, must prioritize authenticity, connection to the local community, and environmental awareness. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We are looking for a Bellboy to join our Front Office team! **WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Ensure guest reception and assistance; * Valet parking service; * Delivery and collection of guests’ luggage; * Handle all guest requests (restaurant reservations, transportation, museums, tours, etc.); * Support and execute Concierge procedures; * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of city highlights (restaurants, theaters, museums, activities, etc.); * Manage guest complaints. * Ensure excellent guest reception and assistance, satisfaction, and loyalty. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * CET in Accommodation Management and/or Tourism; * Proficiency in English and appreciation of additional languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.); * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive various vehicle types; * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; * Rotating shifts; * Attention to detail and precision; * Customer service orientation and commitment to excellence; * Cross-selling capability; * Excellent communication skills; * Friendliness and empathy in interactions with colleagues and guests; * Principles and practices of autonomy, rigor, responsibility, and commitment; * Good knowledge of Lisbon city. **CONDITIONS** * Health insurance; * Navegante Pass benefit; * Sales incentive bonus; * Comprehensive benefits and incentive plan applicable to all employees.
