Join us in a project embodying informal luxury culture—one that, today more than ever, prioritizes authenticity, connection to the local community, and environmental awareness. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We are looking for a Bellboy to join our Front Office team! **WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Ensuring guest welcome and assistance; * Valet parking service; * Delivery and collection of guests' luggage; * Handling all guest requests (restaurant reservations, transportation, museums, tours, etc.); * Supporting and executing Concierge procedures; * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of city highlights (restaurants, theaters, museums, activities, etc.); * Managing guest complaints. * Ensuring exceptional guest welcome and assistance, guest satisfaction, and loyalty. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * CET in Accommodation Management and/or Tourism; * Proficiency in English and added value placed on other languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.); * Valid driver's license and ability to drive various vehicle types; * Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; * Rotating shifts; * Attention to detail and precision; * Customer service orientation and commitment to excellence; * Cross-selling capability; * Excellent communication skills; * Friendliness and empathy when interacting with colleagues and guests; * Principles and practices of autonomy, rigor, responsibility, and commitment; * Solid knowledge of Lisbon city. **BENEFITS** * Health insurance; * Navegante public transport pass benefit; * Sales incentive bonus; * Comprehensive benefits and incentive plan applicable to all employees.
