We seek a responsible, organized professional with experience in this field to ensure efficient warehouse management and accurate inventory control. Main Responsibilities * Receiving goods, verifying quantities, quality, and documentation of received items; * Storing and organizing materials in appropriate locations, ensuring optimal space utilization; * Inventory control, including recording incoming and outgoing stock, conducting stock counts, and monitoring stock levels; * Order preparation, including picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch; * Dispatching goods, verifying orders, issuing necessary documentation, and assisting with vehicle loading; * Maintaining warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety; * Operating pallet trucks and other material handling equipment, where certified; * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; * Computerized recordkeeping and updating stock movements in warehouse management systems. Required Profile * Minimum educational qualification: 9th grade (Portuguese education system); * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Physical capability to handle loads when required; * Punctuality, attendance reliability, and dependability; * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; * Proficiency in Portuguese (mandatory); * Valid driver's license; * Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate responsibility.
