Responsibilities: * Perform manual data cleansing activities following defined survivorship logic and data quality rules. * Identify and resolve duplicate records across multiple datasets and systems. * Standardize names, addresses, and mandatory data fields according to established procedures. * Work with data from Excel files and local databases related to “Shadow IT” environments. * Structure, organize, and prepare legacy or fragmented data for migration activities. * Perform cross\-system reconciliation between different platforms and datasets. * Compare CRM exports, SAP lists, and other data sources to identify discrepancies and data deltas. * Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently. * Follow global documentation and guidelines provided in English. Essential skills: * Strong experience with manual data cleansing and data quality processes. * Experience handling data from multiple sources, including Excel files and local databases. * Ability to perform cross\-system reconciliation and discrepancy analysis. * High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data. * Ability to follow SOPs and defined processes with precision. * Good English communication and comprehension skills. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Comfortable working with structured and unstructured datasets. Desired skills: * Hands\-on experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or SAP. * Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and querying. * Scripting knowledge or automation experience. * Familiarity with Data Quality (DQ) tools and fuzzy\-matching logic. * Experience working with AI\-based data inference tools. * Previous experience working with external data providers such as IQVIA or OneKey.
