What will be your responsibilities? \- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with production, cost, and quality requirements of the project. \- You will review project measurements. \- You will develop time schedules, construction optimization plans, and economic planning. \- You will request quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, prepare quotation comparisons, contracts, and purchase orders. \- You will monitor the project’s financial management. \- You will oversee implementation of preventive safety measures outlined in the safety plan. \- You will ensure adherence to execution deadlines. Requirements: \- Degree in Technical Architecture or Engineering. \- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role. \- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD is mandatory. \- B2 level English proficiency is desirable. \- Prior experience in industrial construction is desirable.
