This role is critical in driving **financial, operational, and behavioral change**, ensuring the company is ready for new tools, processes, and ways of working. You will design and lead transformation projects end‑to‑end, applying **change management principles**, improving business processes, strengthening data quality, and partnering closely with cross‑functional leaders to ensure sustainable impact.
