Change your job, change your workplace, change your future... **Transformational Manager** **Lisbon, Portugal (On‑site / Hybrid)** **Reporting to:** Country Manager **About the role** We are looking for a **Transformational Manager** to lead and deliver key strategic and transformational initiatives across the organization. This role is critical in driving **financial, operational, and behavioral change**, ensuring the company is ready for new tools, processes, and ways of working. You will design and lead transformation projects end‑to‑end, applying **change management principles**, improving business processes, strengthening data quality, and partnering closely with cross‑functional leaders to ensure sustainable impact.
