Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analytics professional to extract, compile, transform, organize, and analyze data; develop dashboards; and implement management reports for activity monitoring. Creation and automation of management reports and KPIs We are recruiting a Data Analytics professional for our team **Your responsibilities will include:** * Extracting, compiling, transforming, organizing, and analyzing data from various information sources (ERP systems, financial systems, electronic health records, etc.); * Designing, developing, and implementing dashboards; * Gathering, analyzing, and defining information requirements and KPIs with operational, technical, and administrative teams; * Creating, automating, and updating management reports, studies/analyses, and activity KPIs; * Monitoring KPIs; * Implementing ad\-hoc analyses and reports; **Profile Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Information Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Management, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or similar); * Professional experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics roles; * Foundational knowledge of databases; * Proficiency with database tools (SQL) and analytical tools (Power BI, Databricks, Synapse, or equivalents); * Knowledge of Python applied to data analysis, automation, and integration; * Dashboarding expertise; * Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and VBA; * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail; * Effective communication and interaction skills with diverse stakeholders; Team spirit and sense of responsibility. * **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract and a long-term project; * Employment type: Full\-time; * Initial and ongoing training; * Integration into one of the most prestigious healthcare companies; * Health insurance.
