To strengthen our commercial team in Madrid, we are seeking a Sales Operations Executive (Commercial Administrator with experience in technology distribution) to support the Internal Sales function through order processing, provide accurate quotations, and collaborate on proposal development. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Responsible for daily order entry and quotation activities, including any electronic order processing. * Provide administrative support across all aspects of commercial operations to help the company achieve team and organizational objectives. * Prioritize own tasks to meet agreed deadlines or SLAs. * Manage partner inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring rapid resolution. * Build strong relationships with the Internal Sales team. * Escalate incidents appropriately and promptly to the Sales Operations team leader or manager. * Proactively support the business. * Record internally generated sales orders placed by the Internal Sales team. **What we look for in you:** * Knowledge of the IT channel: prior experience with manufacturers, distributors, or partners. * Back-office experience in proposal preparation. * Knowledge of TD SYNNEX’s key competitors. * SAP R3 / Business Warehouse. * E-business systems. * Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. * IT distribution processes. **We offer:** Comprehensive private medical and life insurance.
