Collaboration with development, infrastructure, and operations teams We are looking for a Middleware Expert to join a dynamic technology team and contribute to the management, evolution, and optimization of business-critical integration platforms. Responsibilities: * Administration and support of middleware and integration platforms. * Monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution in production environments. * Implementation of performance, availability, and security improvements. * Automation of processes and deployments. * Collaboration with development, infrastructure, and operations teams. * Ensuring best practices for observability, logging, and monitoring. Requirements: * Solid experience with middleware technologies (e.g., IBM MQ, WebSphere, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar). * Knowledge of Linux/Unix and scripting (Shell, Python or equivalent). * Experience with monitoring and observability tools. * Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and messaging. * Ability to analyze and resolve problems in complex environments. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
