System performance monitoring and management **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is seeking the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of middleware platforms and application servers; * Continuous service monitoring and assurance of service level agreement (SLA) compliance; * Implementation and management of alerting and observability systems; * Analysis and resolution of incidents and anomalies in production environments; * Performance analysis and execution of tuning and optimization activities; * Periodic review of configurations to ensure alignment with best practices and standards; * Technical support to development and integration teams in resolving technical issues; * Contribution to continuous improvement of operational and support processes. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of middleware installation, configuration, and maintenance; * Experience administering Application Servers (e.g., WebLogic, WebSphere, or equivalents); * Experience in operations and support environments; * Ability to analyze and resolve incidents in critical environments; * Experience in system performance monitoring and management; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field (preferred). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with other Application Servers (e.g., JBoss); * Knowledge of observability and logging tools: * + ElasticSearch + Filebeat / Logstash + Prometheus / Grafana * Experience in distributed environments and critical systems; * Knowledge of automation and scripting (valued).
