Job Summary: We are looking for an Oracle DBA with enterprise environment experience to strengthen our team in Lisbon, working on innovative and internationally scaled projects. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional growth We are recruiting an **Oracle DBA** (m/f) to reinforce our Lisbon team, with the possibility of hybrid work. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; * More than 5 years of experience as a DBA in enterprise environments; * Advanced experience with Oracle Database; * Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and associated tools (Pgpool, Barman, Pacemaker, replication); * Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012–2019\) and AlwaysOn Availability Groups; * Operational knowledge of MySQL 5\.7/8\.0 in replicated environments; * Experience with Linux environments and scripting for automation (Shell, Bash, or PowerShell); * Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies; * Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring; * Ability to analyze and resolve issues in critical environments; * English at B2 level or higher (preferred). **What we offer:** * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid); * Regular mentoring plan; * Participation in innovative, internationally scaled projects; * Competitive compensation aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and referral bonus.
