Focus on technical support, Office 365 management, and operating systems We seek an IT Technician with solid experience in the field, strong communication skills, and ambition to grow professionally at Celerbit — a company with 22 years in the market, 100% Portuguese, and an excellent team atmosphere. **Required Profile:** * Preferred academic qualifications: 12th grade or higher in IT, Networks, and Systems; * Proven experience in Office 365 technical support, including administration, user management, and troubleshooting; * Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance; * Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software (PCs, printers at software level, operating systems, networks); * Knowledge of antivirus solutions; * Support for Microsoft Office; * Proactivity and ability to identify process improvement opportunities; * Customer orientation and enthusiasm for teamwork; * Strong written and spoken Portuguese communication skills, clear and concise speech; * English language proficiency, both written and spoken, for technical support; * Efficient time and priority management; * Ambition and willingness to progress into L2 or Technical Customer Manager roles. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide remote and telephone technical support to corporate end-users, efficiently diagnosing and resolving issues; * Conduct on-site technical visits to clients for scheduled support or implementations; * Follow incidents through to full resolution and documentation; * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications; * Configure, monitor, and document networks and application solutions. * Backups: Experience implementing and managing backup solutions; * Office 365 support and management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Office 365 and remote support; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of success in managing IT systems or in HelpDesk\\ServiceDesk; * Valid light vehicle driving license required for client visits when necessary. \- **Work Location:** * Lisbon/Benfica (hybrid work model possible) Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM (Full-Time) Days Off: Weekends (fixed) \- **We Offer:** * 25 vacation days per year (24 freely scheduled \+ fixed December 24th) * Possibility of hybrid work model * Career progression to L2 or Technical Customer Management * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated competence * Variable pay component aligned with performance objectives * Meal card\/voucher * Childcare voucher * Current company benefits * Stable, long-term project * Employment contract To apply, please send an e-mail to \ You can view the original job posting at: https://www.itjobs.pt/oferta/512684/tecnico\-de\-informatica\-presencial\-hibrido
