We are recruiting for our client NOS Comunicações S.A. a Commercial Consultant – Office Sales Channel (B2B).
The role:
NOS Enterprises Commercial Consultant – B2B Office Sales
Full-time (Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
What we expect from you:
Sales Process Management: Identify and approach potential clients, managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
Consultative Approach: Understand clients’ needs and present customized solutions that add value, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and delivering excellent service.
Digital Environment: Conduct most client interactions via phone and Teams meetings, ensuring an effective and professional approach in the digital environment.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Goal Achievement: Work goal-oriented toward commercial targets, exceeding individual objectives and contributing to team growth.
Requirements:
Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment or consultative client-facing roles.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to conduct effective negotiations, focused on delivering added value to both the client and NOS Enterprises.
Empathy and Communication: Excellent communication and active listening skills to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Organization and Autonomy: Ability to manage one’s own sales pipeline and optimize work time efficiently.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Office tools.

Compensation:
Base Salary: €870 + Meal Allowance: €7/day
Monthly Commissions [Average: €300–€900]
No upper limit
Paid 13 times per year
Additional Monthly Incentives [Between €75 and €1,000]
