Our focus is innovation, and we need people like you: with different ideas and the motivation to put them into practice! **Software Developer \+ AI (m/f)** We are seeking a **Fullstack developer with Artificial Intelligence expertise** to join a technological innovation project with positive environmental impact. The role includes **implementation of predictive AI models**, **integration of meteorological and satellite data**, development of **AI agents and intelligent interfaces**, as well as **technical training of the internal team**, ensuring autonomy and continuity of the solution. This is a challenge with a strong technical component, focus on applied innovation, and strategic alignment with sustainability goals. **Responsibilities:** * Contribute to platform evolution and scalability; * Integrate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models for risk forecasting (PIR and adverse weather); * Work with data from APIs sourced from multiple providers; * Implement AI agents integrated with MySQL; * Develop and integrate multimodal interfaces (text and voice); * Ensure end-to-end integration (data, AI, backend, dashboards); * Support advanced data visualization (e.g., Power BI); * Produce technical documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field; * Up to 3 years of professional experience; * Knowledge/interest in AI / Machine Learning; * Solid knowledge of: * Application development in PHP/JavaScript * MySQL databases * APIs and system architectures * Good communication skills; * Autonomy, critical thinking, and enthusiasm for solving complex problems. **Conditions:** * Permanent employment within our internal team; * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Excellent working environment; * Health insurance including dental care; * Training opportunities; * 22 vacation days \+ birthday holiday; * Hybrid work arrangement (Lisbon).
