Job Summary: We are seeking an e-merchandising leader to define and implement strategies, optimize customer experience, and manage teams in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Define e-merchandising strategy and activate commercial activities online. 2. Optimize the customer journey and manage online navigation. 3. Lead and develop teams. #### **Your Day\-to\-Day** * Define the e\-merchandising strategy for my market, including objectives and online sales forecasts; * Define the online commercial activation strategy, co\-creating with Product teams (1P \& 3P) exclusive value propositions that ensure category competitiveness and accelerated growth under my responsibility; * Ensure implementation and rollout of omnichannel and online-exclusive campaigns within market categories; * Manage online navigation for my categories (1P and 3P) and optimize Hubs, PLPs, PDPs (desktop, mobile, and app), enhancing product content quality and developing educational sales-support content with impact on conversion and SEO; * Optimize the customer journey, ensuring intuitive navigation and delivering a consistent experience across all devices and channels; * Continuously monitor product availability and stock accessibility in collaboration with Supply and Offer teams, ensuring website/app displayed information accurately reflects promises and offerings; * Effectively coach and develop my team, managing priorities and ensuring daily motivation. #### **Who We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree or higher; * 4–5 years of experience in E\-merchandising/E\-commerce or Category Management; * Prior experience in Project Category Management or Technical Sales (e.g., Kitchens, Bathrooms, Storage, and/or Wardrobes) — highly valued; * Analytical mindset and ability to navigate seamlessly across Product, Supply, Commercial, Tech, and Marketing functions; * Experience in Team Management and Development; * Strong strategic planning capability, influence skills, and results orientation; * Interpersonal communication skills and teamwork aptitude; * Proficiency in English and French. #### **What We Offer** * Integration into a multinational company offering a competitive salary and variable compensation aligned with your experience and qualifications; * Benefits and partnerships with over 200 brands; * Career development plan, including access to an individual development program enabling growth within our organization; * Initial training, including store and platform visits, plus continuous training tailored to your career path; * Well\-being policies, including up to 30 annual leave days; * Employee referral program, with incentives for each recommended candidate successfully hired; * Flexible work policy, under a hybrid working model; * Meal benefits, offering soup, fresh fruit, bread, butter, cereals, milk, and yogurts; * 10% discount at Leroy Merlin stores; * Health and life insurance; * 1 day of corporate volunteering. #### **About Us** Leroy Merlin is a leading company in DIY, construction, decoration, and gardening, with a strong presence in Portugal.
