Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursery Technician to supervise production operations, identify anomalies, manage maintenance, and ensure customer service. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a professional to join the industrial structure of an estate located in the **Setúbal** region, on a temporary replacement basis: **NURSERY TECHNICIAN (m/f)** Setúbal **The candidate will be responsible for:** * Technically guiding/supervising production operations and logistics for the dispatch of forest plants; * Identifying and analyzing anomalies in production cycles, defining required interventions, and reporting them; * Reporting corrective maintenance needs for machinery and equipment; * Ensuring customer service; * Collaborating in promoting a culture of occupational safety and health. **Required Profile:** * 12th grade or bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering, Agronomy, or related field; * Knowledge of nursery production techniques and practices for forest and ornamental plants; * Proficiency in MS Office; * Ability to coordinate production teams; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and versatility; * English language proficiency (preferred); * Certification for application of phytosanitary products (preferred); * Driver’s license for light vehicles and agricultural tractors (preferred).
