About the Role We are seeking a Java Mid Backend Developer to collaborate on new initiatives, with a focus on backend development. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot, solid knowledge of microservices architecture, and proficiency in cloud environments including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes. The technical assessment will include a live coding exercise and will be conducted entirely in English. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering or related field * Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience with Java and strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot. * Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services. * Solid understanding of microservices architecture. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Strong experience in API design and RESTful services. * Experience working in Agile development environments. * Experience with reactive Java using Mono/WebFlux programming. * Location Requirements: Candidates must reside in Portugal. * Work Location: Hybrid (1 day/week on-site) in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra. * Language Requirements: Minimum English level B2 (fluency mandatory).
