**We’re looking for a Project Contract Manager** to drive contract strategy and protect project value in complex, high\-impact mobility projects. This role sits at the core of project delivery, ensuring commercial performance, mitigating risks, and enabling smarter decision\-making.

**Your role, your impact**
* Lead contract and claim management activities across the project lifecycle
* Define and implement Contract Management Strategy Plans (CMSP)
* Drive risk reviews and mitigation strategies on a regular basis
* Manage variations, claims, extensions of time (EoTs) and contractual notices
* Ensure compliance with contract, claims and insurance management standards (CCIM)
* Support negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers
* Monitor contractual obligations, milestones and project performance
* Prepare and manage documentation for claims, disputes (e.g. DAB) and litigation support
* Collaborate transversally with project teams, legal, procurement and finance
You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams across project management, engineering, finance and legal \- solving complex contractual challenges that directly impact project success.
**What you bring**
* Degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field
* Strong experience in contract/claim management or project management (10\+ years preferred)
* Knowledge of Portuguese law and public procurement (CCP)
* Fluency in Portuguese and English
* Ability to interpret complex contractual and technical documentation
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proactive mindset with strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities
* Experience in multinational engineering or infrastructure projects (a plus)
* Spanish or French (a plus)
