We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data & AI team. What will your day-to-day be like at Glintt Next? * Design and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning solutions, from data preparation to production deployment. * Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning / Deep Learning models for different use cases. * Build and maintain ML pipelines (training/validation/inference), focusing on scalability and reproducibility. * Integrate models into production systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and low-latency inference. * Develop backend services and APIs to expose models (FastAPI, Django). * Collaborate with Data Engineering on data pipelines and data quality. * Implement MLOps best practices (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, lifecycle management). * Operate and deploy in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud). * Contribute to Generative AI solutions (RAG, embeddings, LLM). * Collaborate with distributed teams and participate in client-facing contexts, ensuring alignment and delivery. What do we think you need to have? * Higher education degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related fields. * Over 4 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer. * Strong proficiency in Python; solid knowledge of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and feature engineering. * Practical experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, and MLFlow. * Experience with Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Forecasting, etc. * Experience developing APIs/services (FastAPI, Django) and integrating models into production. * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) and MLOps best practices (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, production support). * Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and performance optimization/model evaluation. * Exposure to Generative AI (embeddings, RAG, LLM). * Strong communication skills in international/client-facing environments. * Advanced English level (mandatory) and Spanish (valued).
