What you need to have our CODE: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar; * 4+ years of professional experience as Application Support - L1/L2; * Professional experience with SLAs, hardware and software management; * Professional experience with AD, Windows, and Microsoft 365; * Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting; * Knowledge of networking and hardware support - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs; * Professional experience with ITIL; * Fluent in English; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
