Teamwork and a proactive mindset **About the Team** As an **OutSystems Developer**, you will join our Low-Code team, where we accelerate digital transformation using state-of-the-art Low\-Code platforms. We develop applications rapidly and efficiently, driving innovation and responsiveness in today’s dynamic business landscape. **About the Role** * Technological development using Low\-Code platforms such as OutSystems; * Contributing to the development of tailored technological solutions aligned with our clients’ needs; * Participation in challenging technology projects in Portugal and other European countries. **What Skills Are We Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computational Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of Low-Code and prior experience with OutSystems (via internships or training); * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum); * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Experience using AI tools in application development; * Ability to work effectively in a team and a proactive mindset. **Additional Assets:** * Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. **Who Are We?** We are Glintt Global, a leading consulting and technology services company in the Iberian Peninsula, with over 30 years of experience.
