Telpark is seeking an Operational Performance Intern to support the monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of company operations in Lisbon. This role will play a key part in monitoring performance indicators, identifying optimization opportunities, and providing daily support to operational teams. **Responsibilities:** Support monitoring of operational KPIs and team/process performance; Analyze operational data to identify deviations, patterns, and improvement opportunities; Prepare monitoring reports and dashboards; Support implementation of continuous improvement processes; Monitor operational projects and ensure follow\-up on actions; Support creation and documentation of internal procedures; Collaborate across departments to optimize workflows and operations. **Desired Profile:** Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; Ability to work with data and organize information; Problem-solving ability and critical thinking; Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; Proactivity, autonomy, and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, or reporting tools; Interest in operations, efficiency, and continuous improvement; Academic experience or projects related to data or process analysis.
