Accompany and ensure the well-being, safety, and hygiene of children. Collaborate in organizing spaces and materials. Foster a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment. Required Profile: Enjoy working with children. Strong sense of responsibility. Experience in the field of education; training in Montessori or Waldorf, or another alternative pedagogy is preferred (valued but not mandatory). Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
