**In practice, your day\-to\-day**
Reporting to the Information Systems Department, the Senior Fullstack Developer will join one of the squads of the Day2Day Tribe, operating within an Agile/Scrum context. Your mission will be to plan, implement, test, and evolve IT solutions, contributing to strategic projects and evolutionary/corrective maintenance initiatives, aligned with business needs, architectural guidelines, and security recommendations.
Your main responsibilities are:
* Perform technical analysis, estimate, plan, implement, and test IT solutions within strategic projects or corrective/evolutionary maintenance requests, ensuring quality, security, performance, and application maintainability.
* Organize and manage your tasks autonomously, ensuring achievement of objectives, deadlines, and defined technical standards, as well as timely identification and communication of relevant risks, deviations, or blockers.
* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and team follow-up meetings, contributing to defining action plans, identifying dependencies, anticipating technical risks, and supporting the squad in resolving complex topics.
* Participate, whenever necessary, in meetings with Business Areas and working sessions with the functional design team, helping clarify requirements, anticipate technical impacts, and ensure alignment of the implemented solution.
* Develop software in compliance with best development practices, security standards, and defined technical standards, ensuring quality through unit testing, code reviews, proper version control management, and participation in build, deploy, and continuous improvement processes.
* Contribute to maintaining existing code, aiming to optimize and innovate.
* Formalize and document technical analyses performed, technical solutions implemented, technical tests conducted, and decision-making meetings attended.
* Support certification/quality testing and monitor UAT testing, correcting identified bugs.
* Complete mandatory training in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of your area and the company.
* Communicate and validate your activities and decisions with your manager, ensuring alignment with departmental expectations regarding conduct and roadmap.

**Are you who we’re looking for?**
Do you express yourself clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with structured and audience-appropriate communication? Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoy solving problems? Do you demonstrate strong emotional management during difficult situations, reacting calmly and confidently to consistently deliver excellent service?
Do you have advanced English language proficiency? Are you familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and collaborative work dynamics?
Do you consider yourself a Senior Fullstack Developer with:
* Solid experience developing Java applications, preferably with 5+ years’ experience, including design, implementation, and maintenance of backend solutions based on SOA architectures: JBoss Fuse, JBoss EAP, SwitchYard; RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services; Microservices
* Cloud development experience: Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Cloud
* Proven experience with Java frameworks: JPA / Hibernate, JUnit, Spring Framework
* Proven experience developing web applications, contributing to frontend components and integration with backend services: JSF, PrimeFaces or related technologies
* Experience using Continuous Delivery tools such as Maven, GIT, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar, or similar
* Kafka knowledge is valued
* JavaScript framework and web/responsive language knowledge is valued: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, AngularJS, React
