Its main shareholder is Vivalto\-Santé, the third-largest private healthcare group in France, operating 50 hospitals and clinics across France, with which it shares values and a value-based medicine-oriented work philosophy. **We are looking for a Social Worker.** The professional’s primary mission will be to identify and analyze users’ social support needs, providing psychosocial support and accompaniment to users and their families. They must ensure continuity of social care in coordination with community partners, promoting self-awareness and orientation toward appropriate resources aligned with identified needs. **Responsibilities** * Identify and analyze users’ social support problems and needs; * Provide psychosocial accompaniment and support to users and their families; * Ensure continuity of social care in collaboration with community partners; * Engage and guide users and their families in accessing appropriate resources. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Social Policy; * Professional experience preferably in hospital or healthcare settings; * User-level computer literacy; * Sense of responsibility, dynamism, empathy, and teamwork. **Benefits** * Indefinite-term employment contract; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Parking; * Hospital-based continuous training and development plan.
