Job Summary: We are looking for an intern to join the Operations team - Strategy & Execution, focusing on continuous improvement and process optimization with direct impact on business efficiency. Opportunity for hands-on experience in projects with real impact We are seeking an intern to join the Operations \- Strategy \& Execution team, focusing on continuous improvement and process optimization projects. This is an opportunity to work on real day\-to\-day operational challenges with direct impact on business efficiency. ROLE: Participate in continuous improvement and operational and logistics process optimization projects; Map processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data\-driven structured solutions; Collaborate with various business areas (Operations, IT, Production \& Product Development, among others) to implement improvements; Support data analysis and dashboard development (Excel, Power BI); Track initiatives from problem identification through to final solution implementation; Prepare documentation and reporting for completed projects. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Management, Operations Management, Industrial and Logistics Management, or other management disciplines, provided there is a strong interest in operations; Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for working with data; Proficiency with digital tools, with Excel required and Power BI considered an advantage; Proactive attitude, autonomy, and ability to identify problems and propose structured solutions; Good communication skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and ease of collaboration across different departments; Fluency in English is an advantage.
