Compensation commensurate with experience and expertise Green World, a reputable company specializing in Energy, Georeferencing, Maintenance, and other areas, is currently recruiting for the position of: Construction Preparer (M/F) – Lisbon Role: * Project coordination and analysis (architecture and specialties); * Technical preparation of construction works and construction drawing; * Quantity surveying, bills of quantities, and control of errors and omissions; * Direct support to site management and production; * Planning, cost support, and technical supervision of execution; * Materials management, purchase orders, and support to subcontractors. Profile: * 1–3 years of experience in construction preparation (building/construction rehabilitation); * Proficiency in AutoCAD/ZWCAD, MS Project, and Excel; * Strong experience in quantity surveying, project coordination, and drawing interpretation; * Autonomous, rigorous, and construction-oriented profile; * Valid driver’s license.
