As a **Java Developer**, you will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of the Orion platform, a strategic Control Framework and Supervision solution supporting non\-financial risk across CIB. ###### **Build side:** * Design, develop, and maintain Java\-based backend services and components. * Deliver core platform capabilities, transversal features, and entity\-specific functionalities. * Translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners. * Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services. * Contribute to application architecture and technical design discussions. * Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards. * Identify and implement technical improvements to enhance performance, security, and maintainability. ###### **Run side:** * Support deployment activities and ensure smooth releases. * Contribute to production stability and troubleshooting when required. * Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to resolve incidents and technical issues. * Monitor and improve application reliability, scalability, and performance. * Maintain technical documentation and development best practices. ###### **This is your background** You have solid experience in **Java backend development** within Agile environments and enjoy building scalable, reliable, and maintainable enterprise applications.
