Maintenance of cleanliness and organization at the workstation Assemble electromechanical components and systems in accordance with technical documentation, ensuring product quality, safety, and adherence to production schedules and specifications **Responsibilities:** * Perform electromechanical assembly of products according to diagrams and work instructions * Safely and effectively use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments * Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or deviations during the assembly process * Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to resolve technical issues * Ensure proper handling and segregation of materials and components * Follow all company-established safety and environmental procedures * Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation **Qualifications:** * **Education**: Technical course in electromechanics, electronics, or related field (preferred) * **Experience**: 1 year as an Assembly Technician (preferred) * **Soft Skills**: Attention to detail, proactivity, teamwork, communication skills, discipline **Contract Type**: 6-month renewable contract **Working Hours**: 09:00 \- 18:00, Mon \- Fri **Note**: Occasional travel availability required **Interested candidates contact**: DLucas01@lear.com Employment Type: Full-time Educational Requirements: * Secondary education (preferred) Work Location: On-site
