Job Summary: Assemble electromechanical components and systems, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines and specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Electromechanical assembly of products according to diagrams 2. Collaboration with engineers to resolve technical issues 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and organization at the workstation Assemble electromechanical components and systems in accordance with technical documentation, ensuring product quality, safety, and adherence to production schedules and specifications **Responsibilities:** * Perform electromechanical assembly of products according to diagrams and work instructions * Safely and effectively use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments * Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or deviations during the assembly process * Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to resolve technical issues * Ensure proper handling and segregation of materials and components * Follow all company-established safety and environmental procedures * Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation **Qualifications:** * **Education**: Technical course in electromechanics, electronics, or related field (preferred) * **Experience**: 1 year as an Assembly Technician (preferred) * **Soft Skills**: Attention to detail, proactivity, teamwork, communication skills, discipline **Contract Type**: 6-month renewable contract **Working Hours**: 09:00 \- 18:00, Mon \- Fri **Note**: Occasional travel availability required **Interested candidates contact**: DLucas01@lear.com Employment Type: Full-time Educational Requirements: * Secondary education (preferred) Work Location: On-site
