BL Consulting is currently recruiting, on behalf of a prestigious client company, a **QUALITY MANAGER**, based in FUNDÃO, under a Recruitment and Selection model. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quality or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field (minimum 3 years); * Solid knowledge of quality management and of implementing and maintaining a quality system; * Experience in quality control and quality assurance processes; * Excellent communication and team management skills; * Strong competencies in training and management related to quality standards and compliance; * Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities; * Knowledge of French language and production of luxury goods or similar industries (preferential factors). **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and improve the quality management system; * Supervise quality control activities; * Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations; * Lead quality assurance initiatives; * Organize training programs and collaborate with teams to maintain a high level of excellence in manufacturing and production processes; * Responsible for managing the hygiene and safety system. **Offer:** * Temporary employment contract; * Salary commensurate with experience + Meal allowance.
