You will be responsible for driving sales and optimizing commercial performance through strategic planning and flawless execution across all areas. You will ensure stock is always available and well-managed to meet customer needs, while also overseeing visual product presentation to create an attractive environment. In addition, you will collaborate on task and shift scheduling so people are always in the right place at the right time. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume their role, effectively leading the store’s daily operations. Regarding the team, you will be a role model. You will train, motivate, and develop Primark colleagues to help them reach their full potential, fostering a culture of learning, recognition, and continuous improvement.
