We are looking for a **Lead CRM Developer** on a contract basis (Hybrid) who would be a technical specialist embedded within a Value Stream squad, responsible for designing, customising, and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The role owns complex customisations and integrations, provides technical leadership, and ensures CRM solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs within a Reinsurance \& ILS technology environment. **Key Responsibilities \& Skills** * Design, configure, customise, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales and related modules) * Lead Power Platform solution design and architecture, including Model\-Driven Apps and Power Automate * Deliver advanced customisations using JavaScript, C\#, plugins, web resources, and custom workflow activities * Design and implement complex Power Automate flows and system integrations * Own the delivery of scalable, secure, and high\-performing CRM solutions * Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Conduct code reviews and define development standards and best practices * Mentor and support CRM and Power Platform developers, driving continuous improvement * Ensure alignment with architectural standards, security policies, and governance * Collaborate closely within Agile delivery teams across the full development lifecycle * Stay current with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform updates, recommending new capabilities * Apply strong UX awareness to deliver intuitive and user\-friendly CRM solutions Job Type: Contract Contract length: 6 months Pay: Up to 400\.00€ per day
