If you are a Ynnovator who believes innovation can be a key driver, then we are the right company for you. **Core Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform * Proven professional experience in ServiceNow installation, configuration, and administration; * 1 year of experience implementing ServiceNow projects; * Training on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in ServiceNow administration; * Strong knowledge of the Now Platform and ITSM; * Familiarity with the Now Create methodology **Preferred/Differentiating Qualifications:** * Knowledge of ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and FSM modules * Web development skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, and Web Services; * Higher education degree in Information Technologies; * ServiceNow accreditations and certifications; * Knowledge of the ITIL framework; * English fluency; * High level of proactivity, responsibility, and autonomy; * Strong teamwork ability **The salary range for this position is between EUR 28k\-35k gross per annum, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience demonstrated during the interview process.**
