Promotion of safety and quality in procedures #### **Store: Castelo Branco** #### **Your day\-to\-day** * Coordinate loading and unloading processes according to established procedures, ensuring quality verification of received goods; * Efficiently and effectively coordinate deliveries, facilitating the organization of goods flows and performing labeling tasks; * Ensure processes and quality for the physical entry and exit of goods from the store, including transfers and deliveries to retail partners; * Guarantee safety and proper handling of goods, minimizing losses and facilitating inventory management, ensuring effective goods management and collaborating with store teams to deliver products on time and with quality; * Coordinate and support the restocking process, ensuring proper organization of goods and efficient aisle management, identifying and reporting potential visual stockouts, and maintaining smooth communication with the Replenishment Manager; * Coordinate and expedite the rollout of new products and collections across product families, in collaboration with retail teams, ensuring cleanliness of displays, shelves and aisles, as well as proper commercial maintenance and implementation safety, while promoting adherence to internal standards and procedures among the team; * Coordinate the team daily and organize logistics work and processes with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, fostering team harmony, encouraging responsibility and motivation, and guiding the team toward compliance with defined processes and procedures. #### **Who we are looking for** * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Professional experience in the field of 2 to 3 years; * Experience in leading logistics operations; * Rigor, curiosity, ease and speed of learning, perceptiveness; * Excellent communication, influence, and information management skills; * Organizational ability, initiative, dynamism, and pro\-activity; * Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. #### **What we offer** * Integration into a multinational company offering a competitive salary and variable compensation aligned with your experience and qualifications; * Benefits and partnerships with over 200 brands; * Career development plan, including access to an individual development program enabling growth within our organization; * Initial training for integration into the company and role; * Wellbeing policies, including up to 30 annual leave days; * Employee referral program, with incentives for each recommended candidate who joins the team; * Flexible working policy; * Meal benefits, including soup, fresh fruit, bread, butter, cereals, milk and yogurt; * 10% discount at Leroy Merlin stores; * Health and life insurance; * 1 day of corporate volunteering. #### **About us** Leroy Merlin is a leading company in DIY, construction, decoration and gardening, with a strong presence in Portugal.
