Your day-to-day responsibilities You will be responsible for providing support and clarifying customer inquiries across various areas, including: Information about campaigns and promotions; Service and tariff management; Billing and top-up clarifications; Support regarding devices and roaming; Referral and information about stores; Handling requests and situations requiring follow-up until resolution. Support is primarily delivered via inbound calls, always backed by team support and opportunities to progress into specialized areas. Working Hours Training: 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, duration of 60 days (Remuneration: €1020/month). Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 22:00, scheduled across all 7 days of the week with corresponding rotating days off.
