Tabaqueira is revolutionizing the market and wants to accelerate this transformation with your energy and determination. We are seeking multiple Sales Representatives — individuals with attitude, energy, and a results-oriented mindset — to win the market. **Your Responsibilities:** * Be the face of the brand on the ground, aiming to approach, activate, and convert adult smokers to PMI products; * Identify opportunities at strategic points of sale, based on data and consumer profiles; * Plan your territory and maximize the impact of visits; * Present the IQOS universe with passion and expertise, building strong relationships with retailers and consumers. **What You Must Bring:** * Compulsory completion of secondary education (a bachelor’s degree will be valued for professional growth); * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or commercial roles; * Fluent Portuguese (English fluency will be valued); * Excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with contagious energy; * Goal-oriented mindset and autonomy in managing daily tasks; * Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and customer focus; * Legal eligibility to work in Portugal or European citizenship; * Valid driver’s license **What We Offer:** * Fixed-term contract of 6 months, directly with Tabaqueira; * Base salary of €988 + performance bonus up to €600; * Meal allowance of €12.99 per day; * Company vehicle with fuel and Via Verde included; * Health insurance (extendable to family members), life insurance, and pension plan; * Continuous training; * An inclusive environment where talent is valued. **Our Commitment to a Collaborative and Successful Workplace:** At PMI, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and sense of belonging, recognizing the value of each individual and their contributions.
