Candidate Profile: * Completed 12th grade (preferred); * Experience and/or training in Maintenance, Electricity, Plumbing, and/or Construction is valued; * Experience and/or training in customer service is valued; * Initiative, proactivity, autonomy, flexibility, dynamism, and responsibility. Job Responsibilities: * Performs cleaning, maintenance, and organization tasks for the building; * Conducts minor electrical, plumbing, and/or construction repairs inside the building; * Provides customer service; * Receives, organizes, and restocks products for sale and consumption; * Complies with occupational health and safety regulations.
