Float In, a leading brand in the wellness and spa sector, is seeking an HR professional with practical experience and strong organizational skills to join its Human Resources department. Responsibilities: – Support HR management across all stages: onboarding, contracts, scheduling, records, absences, uniforms, documentation, and internal communication. – Daily team coordination and administrative support to operations. – Updating databases, individual files, and internal processes. – Application of HR policies and procedures, coordinating with management and operational departments. – Systematic, rigorous, and organized execution of HR tasks (“from A to Z”). Mandatory Requirements: – Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. – Excellent problem-solving skills. – High sense of responsibility, methodical approach, and organizational ability. – Proactivity in task execution without constant supervision. – Autonomy in managing priorities and ensuring process continuity.
