You will oversee projects, implement compliance controls, and contribute to the organization’s financial security. Your Responsibilities - Oversee business and product development projects, ensuring legal and internal compliance - Participate in strategic projects, including ESG, digitalization, and partnership development - Implement and update compliance control plans; monitor and report results - Execute second-line controls within risk governance and internal control frameworks - Conduct controls related to financial security and international sanctions - Define, monitor, and report risk and performance indicators (KRIs and KPIs) - Identify, map, and analyze compliance risks to strengthen the internal system - Draft and update internal compliance policies and regulations - Prepare regulatory and institutional reports for supervisory authorities and the group What You Must Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Law, with 3–5 years of experience in compliance - Solid knowledge of KYC, KYS, International Sanctions, Risk Analysis, AML, Anti-Corruption, and Whistleblower Protection - Familiarity with the legal framework governing insurance activities, insurance contracts, and distribution - Proficiency in Portuguese and English for oral and written communication, including reporting in English - Multinational experience is valued - Competence in Office 365 and PBC/FT tools - Availability for working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. What We Offer - Base salary of €1500.00 - Meal allowance of €12.70 - Continuous support and guidance from Clan throughout the entire process - Opportunity for professional growth and skill development - A work environment that values closeness and security
