Ensure system availability, performance, and security **Job Title: Microsoft System Administrator** **Location: Lisbon, Portugal** **Work Regime: Full\-time \& Hybrid (2x to 3x office days)** **Overview / Summary:** We are looking for a System Administrator role focused on Microsoft systems administration, combined with experience in managing virtualization environments, specifically Omnissa. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Administer and maintain Microsoft Workplace environments, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and related services. * Manage and support virtualization environments, with a strong focus on Omnissa platforms. * Ensure system availability, performance, security, and compliance across workplace infrastructure. * Deploy, configure, and manage endpoints, user profiles, and policies. * Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve operational issues. * Implement updates, patches, and security controls in line with best practices. * Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to support workplace initiatives and projects. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory Requirements:** * \+4 years of experience as a Microsoft Systems Administrator in Workplace environments * Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 services * Experience managing virtualization environments (VMware and Omnissa) * Advanced knowledge of device, user, and application lifecycle management within Omnissa environments. * Experience managing multi\-platform environments with Active Directory and Exchange (hybrid environments), and Omnissa setups. * Strong integration experience with the Microsoft Workplace ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, Defender). * Experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune; **Complementary Requirements:** * Omnissa Certification * English B2 level minimum ### **Benefits** **Important**: * Our company does not sponsor work visas or work permits.
