We are expanding our team in **Castelo Branco** by integrating a **Certified Consultant / Accountant**, responsible for a range of administrative, accounting, and tax-related tasks, as described below. **Main Responsibilities** Organization, classification, and recording of accounting documents in the computerized system Bank and third-party account reconciliations Analysis and reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts Processing of accruals, deferrals, and depreciation Calculation and submission of periodic tax declarations (IRC, IRS, VAT, Forms 30, IES, among others) – **mandatory requirement** Preparation and submission of internal and external reporting Support for other activities related to the company and its clients **Required Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Auditing Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation Good spoken and written English skills (preferred) Team spirit, proactivity, dynamism, and autonomy Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, clients, and external entities Strong communication abilities, including in international contexts Ability to connect topics and solve problems in a structured manner Up-to-date knowledge of IRC, IRS, and VAT **What We Offer** Integration into a solid and growing company Collaborative, professional, and dynamic work environment Continuous training and real opportunities for development Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience Immediate availability is valued Join **Monteiro \& Pais – Consultores, Lda** and help create financial solutions that make a difference.
