




What are we looking for? * Experience in analyzing digital ecosystems and online customer touchpoints, with a focus on extracting actionable insights; * Strong analytical skills, including data exploration, statistical analysis, data validation, and effective information visualization; * Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and familiarity with full stacks of analytics tools across digital platforms; * Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools, particularly with Salesforce Interaction Studio or similar experimentation platforms; * Practical experience with Power BI and SQL, both for data manipulation and creation of intuitive and informative dashboards; * Familiarity with Databricks for large-scale data processing and with GitHub for version control and collaborative code management; * Data- and hypothesis-driven mindset, combined with exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigor; * Ability to work independently, confidently collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups, both business and technical teams.
