




Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients * Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability * Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors * Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and services, aligned with client needs and objectives Qualifications: * Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or related role * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives * Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., ACT, Salesforce CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (especially MS Excel) * Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to meet client needs * Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Meal Card/Voucher * Free Parking * Health Insurance * Transportation Allowance
