They will collaborate with the OP, TL, and MCA to achieve Market Center goals.\r\nThe Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader and MCA as part of the Market Center leadership team. The Productivity Coach’s primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of consultants who are not yet Cappers, with the goal of turning them into Cappers.\r\nThey use Growth Initiative tools to recruit new associates for their MCs and apply the Career Growth Initiative to increase the productivity of those they coach.\r\nThey are responsible for delivery, attendance, and engagement in Ignite (theoretical and practical—real play, role play, accountability).\r\nThey identify which consultants should be included in their group coaching program, based on consultants’ goals and performance. They guide consultants on necessary actions to reach those goals and hold them accountable for taking those actions. The Productivity Coach tracks the results of coached consultants, ready to celebrate successes or implement necessary actions to meet targets. Additionally, the Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader to create and execute productivity events, and collaborates with the MCA on developing the Market Center’s training calendar.\r\nProductivity Coaches must be highly skilled at holding their consultants accountable. They must be individuals who choose effective learning as a foundational element in developing their action plans.
