ISOTRANSFO specializes in manufacturing insulating components for electric transformers—designed, produced, and marketed by the Group for power and railway networks worldwide. As part of strengthening our organizational structure, we are recruiting a Production Manager. Role Mission Reporting directly to Management, the Production Manager assumes a central role in the industrial organization, ensuring fulfillment of production commitments regarding quality, costs, timelines, and safety, within a context of sustained operational growth. Responsibilities \- Lead, coordinate, and develop production teams (middle management and operational staff), ensuring authority, motivation, and alignment with company objectives \- Structure and optimize production activities, implementing and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) such as productive hours, waste rate, among others \- Define daily and weekly production targets and ensure their follow-up \- Analyze deviations and identify operational issues, guaranteeing implementation of effective solutions in collaboration with teams \- Maintain strong on-site presence, supporting teams in problem resolution and handling unforeseen situations \- Carry out detailed production planning in coordination with the planning technician \- Manage raw material inventory, ensuring availability and strict control \- Ensure compliance with quality requirements (ISO 9001\) and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing) \- Assess and develop team and middle-management competencies, conducting performance evaluation interviews \- As a member of the management team, contribute to defining and implementing ISOTRANSFO’s strategic objectives and projects Profile \- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management or Engineering \- Professional experience in team management or production management \- Proficiency in French (mandatory) \- Leadership and communication skills \- Analytical ability and critical thinking \- Strong organizational sense and rigor \- Knowledge of occupational safety Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills) \- Strong leadership and people management capability \- Clear, assertive, and effective communication \- High analytical, planning, and problem-solving capacity \- Organization, rigor, and results orientation \- Strong sense of commitment and organizational engagement Offered Conditions Base monthly salary above market average Unscheduled working hours allowance: 20% of base salary Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch break) Employment type: Full-time, on-site Meal allowance: €9.50/day (meal card) Quarterly performance bonus Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period To apply, please send your professional CV to: recrutamento\_iso@hotmail.com with subject line: RESP\_PROD Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance Work Location: On-site
