This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help prevent accidents caused by human error.*** **JOB SCOPE:** * Perform machine startup setups; * Carry out first-level maintenance; * Execute operations ensuring compliance with established specifications, relevant work instructions, and control plans; * Meet predefined production schedules; * Ensure correct use and handling of equipment; * Comply with Safety and 5S standards, including proper segregation of generated waste; * Identify and report opportunities for improvement, as well as escalate technical, quality (defects), or safety issues; * Perform tasks while minimizing downtime and optimizing production time; * Contribute to the quality management system processes related to their role; * Propose solutions and methodologies supporting team-based workflow process optimization; * Participate in daily Kaizen meetings; * Comply with company-defined and nationally applicable safety and quality regulations (e.g., IATF, ISO 14001\); * Mandatory use of designated personal protective equipment; * Fulfill customer requirements/standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Compulsory education *(as per current legislation);* * Availability to work weekly rotating shifts (possibility of transitioning to continuous operation \- Monday to Sunday \- on a date to be determined); * Interest in working in an industrial environment; * Passion for results, maturity, and availability; **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Career progression in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) * Night shift hours compensated with a 50% premium (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM\) * Weekly rotating shift allowance at 10% as stipulated in the CLA * Overtime pay calculated according to CLA percentages * Meal allowance * Occupational and curative medical services * Birthday leave (subject to applicable internal policies) * Initial and ongoing integration training Privacy Notice \- Active Candidates: https://www.versigent.com/privacy\-statement Versigent is an equal employment opportunity employer.
