Dynamic work environment focused on professional growth. **Physiotherapist** **Location**: Vila Velha de Rodão **Contract Type:** Service provision **Company:** The Navigator Company The Navigator Company aims to strengthen its occupational health team by hiring a **Physiotherapist** to join the multidisciplinary team composed of physicians, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and social workers. **Main Responsibilities** * Provision of physiotherapy services in an occupational health context; * Intervention with employees suffering from injuries/pathologies; * Implementation of preventive training activities and post-work accident interventions; * Development of physiotherapy-based prevention programs targeting education and health, promotion of healthy habits, prevention of diseases and musculoskeletal injuries, and improvement of employees' quality of life; * Lectures and workshops; development of educational materials; * Clinical data evaluation and treatment (Excel); * On-site actions, conducted on factory floors and in offices: ü Prevention of RSI/WRMD (repetitive strain injuries/work-related musculoskeletal disorders); ü Workplace Gymnastics Project — initiative promoting physical exercise, practical sessions for posture correction; ü Collaboration in ergonomics projects. **What We Value** Qualifications and Knowledge: * Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy; * Training in Physiotherapy.
