




**RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop, implement and monitor occupational health and safety programs; * Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections; * Promote information and training for workers and other stakeholders at workplaces; * Investigate work-related accidents and propose corrective measures; * Maintain up-to-date safety records and prepare periodic reports; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety laws and regulations; * Collaborate with other company departments to promote a safety culture; * Implement and supervise the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Manage the process of using external resources in prevention and protection activities; * Prepare and verify contingency plans; * Promote waste management; * Define and propose actions necessary for continuous improvement of the Management System; * Collect data for the RU related to occupational safety; * Record and communicate official reports/information within the scope of responsibility; * Define the company's general policy regarding risk prevention, plan and ensure the preparation of documentation supporting legal obligations related to occupational safety; * Coordinate occupational health and safety activities, ensuring technical supervision and guidance for both internal and external safety professionals; * Handle non-conformities and improvement opportunities, and collaborate in defining corrective/preventive actions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment; * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety Engineering, Occupational Hygiene and Safety, or related field; * Pedagogical Competence Certificate (CCP/CAP); * Recognized Occupational Safety certification; * Up-to-date knowledge of occupational safety standards and regulations; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Leadership, communication and motivation skills; * Team spirit, dynamism and versatility; * High sense of responsibility and organization; * Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions. **WE OFFER**: * Competitive salary based on demonstrated experience; * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
