Solid experience in backend engineering (Kotlin/Java); Familiarity with Micronaut (or similar frameworks such as Spring Boot); Experience in Identity teams (authentication, authorization, SSO/OAuth); Proven track record leading complex engineering projects; Strong problem-solving and communication skills; Experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, ForgeRock) – preferred; Knowledge of identity/security standards such as OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, MFA – preferred; Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) – preferred; Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines – preferred.
