Modern and inclusive corporate culture We are seeking a **Senior Business Travel Consultant** to join a leading company in business travel management, corporate cards, and professional expense management. This position, based in Portugal, involves supporting business travelers by ensuring seamless bookings and high-level customer service. The role can be performed **fully remotely anywhere in Portugal** or **hybrid in Lisbon**. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer support via chat, telephone, and email to ensure an optimal travel experience * Stay informed about relevant destination information, suppliers, and industry news * Quickly identify client needs, priorities, and preferences * Manage complex reservations: flights, train journeys, accommodations, and additional services * Assist users with travel platforms and applications * Deliver rapid, SLA-compliant responses * Adhere to internal policies and those of each client, applying international business travel standards * Relay client feedback and propose process improvements * Participate in team discussions on industry trends, products, and suppliers * Stay updated on market best practices * Meet attendance, training, and performance requirements **Required Profile** * French language proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken) * Minimum 5 years of experience as a business travel advisor (air, rail, accommodation) * At least 3 years of experience using a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – Mandatory * Experience in client-facing roles or service centers * Proficiency with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, or Salesforce * Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.) * Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills * Autonomy, strong service orientation, and outstanding communication skills * Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian) are an asset **What the Company Offers** * Competitive compensation based on experience, skills, and performance * Flexible work model: remote work from anywhere in Portugal or hybrid in Lisbon * Premium health, dental, and optical coverage * Paid parental leave and time off for family events * Commuting-related benefits * Mental health support programs * Financial assistance for remote work setup * Professional development training, mentoring, and tools **Additional Benefits** * Excellent compensation * Multicultural team * Paid training * Modern and inclusive corporate culture * Sunny working environment * Remote work opportunities Employment type: Full-time Compensation: €26,000.00 to €32,000.00 per year
